Dear Loyal Sprout Customers,

It is with great sadness that after nearly five years of business, Sprout is closing. When we opened our doors in March 2004, the partners had a total of three children--that number currently stands at eight! After more than doubling our parental responsibilities and given the current economic climate, the effort versus reward finally tipped the scales.

We are sad to be leaving this community and are disappointed we won't be seeing you, our friends, on such a regular basis. We're also sad we won't see the up-close and personal journey you are taking as parents and grandparents.

We wish all of you the very best and look forward to seeing you in the next few weeks as we reminisce and move toward our next big adventure. Best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2009!

Oh....and stop by the store starting on Wednesday, January 28th for the beginning of the end. Everything in the store is marked down 50-75% off! The last of our beautiful inventory will fly out the doors, so hurry in to stock up on great clothing, gifts, furniture, bedding--and all things kid.
